Think about it: If miracle weight loss/fat burning pills were for real...there would be no Jenny Craig,Weight Watchers, diet books, sparkpeople, etc. As a matter of fact...there would hardly be any overweight people on the planet. Only those who were happy being over weight would remain.
I get it. You're not seeing the scale move, and you're getting frustrated.
There is only one way to break a plateau....something has to be changed. Your body is used to whatever it is that you have been doing. That happens all the time.
So, you need to change something. I don't know how many calories you are at, but if possible - decrease by 100 per day (just blind suggestion without knowing what you are currently at).
If you have been exercising - do something different. Do different exercises, or do longer/harder intensity.
Or...a combination of both (reduced calories, different/harder/more intense exercises).
It's the only way.
The best exercise in the world is to bend down and help someone up.
