Hi guys, I am having the biggest sweet tooth and junk food craving. I am on a short break from work, but I am worried that once I get off work I will head straight for fast food or for something high in sugar and calories.
I have dinner planned already and will not take me long at all to make, but I am not trusting myself to go home and cook what I have planned. Any tips or suggestions??? I have been thinking about food all day long! I am not physically hungry either, because I recently ate a handful of nuts less than an hour ago.
I am doing my best to stay strong, but I swear, junk food is like crack to me. Anyone else have these problems???
