I have lost almost 20 lbs and am doing pretty good with the food and water thing, now it's time to start exercising. Exercise is not an easy thing to do at 341 lbs , I know the obvious is walking but I am having a lot of trouble with lower back and knees really hurting bad when I try walking. I don't have access to a pool, only in the summer.
Anyone have any ideas for exercising for a seriously overweight, sedentary living mid 40's woman.
I know it's not going to be easy, but I would like to do something I know I will stick to.
There is also no gym in my area.
Any ideas, anyone ?
