I agree with below. Snack on veggies--some are next-to-none in calories. They can easily put some volume into your belly without completely wrecking your count for the day. The lowest calorie ones like cucumbers and tomatoes mentioned below are also high in water content, so it helps with your hydration, too. If you're feeling hungry a lot, try to eat a lot of low calorie foods that can fill you up for only a few calories. That's what I've done a lot. I'll have a chicken breast for dinner and a ton of steamed broccoli. I feel so full with the volume and protein, but haven't used up a lot of my daily calories. I like to eat sweet potatoes a lot, too, for the filling factor.
