Yesterday was some kind of a party day for my family, my father bought some beef, wine and desserts, my uncle and aunt cooked and everyone ate more than what we needed including me). At the end I ate 3 small pieces of fruit cafe, 2 gluten free peanut cookies, a little bit of potato salad, beef, and half sausage. I feel happy because I also ate veggies (a lot) and so Im changing the old habits that put me where I am right now… except for one: I ate without hunger.
I know that old habits die hard and that I need to give time to myself and my body to change and be better, but I still have that uneasy feeling specially because I really don't want to star bingeing again.
I hope that someone can help with some ideas to not let this happen.
