What is your % body fat right now, and what's your weight relative to your height?

Assuming it's not just that you're already at a very healthy weight and body fat percentage and that you do actually have significant weight to lose, I think you probably need to get a handle on exactly how much you are eating, instead of just what you are eating. With your amount of exercise you might expect a total daily intake of about 1700 calories will lose you a comfortable pound a week on average. (Not saying that number exactly, it's a wild guess, but likely in the ballpark.) Maintenance (or at least a number so close to maintenance that it makes no difference) is only a few hundred calories per day more. Trust me that it is very very easy to feel like you're doing everything perfectly and yet only be maintaining and not losing -- because if you are maintaining you ARE doing everything perfectly calorie-wise. You've exactly balanced out your body's needs.

To lose weight, you need to go less than that for an extended period of time. If the healthy habits your're engaged in now aren't getting you there (and keep in mind there's no earthly reason they should! Bodies are designed to maintain weight if possible), then you might want to consider tracking to find out exactly how much you are eating right now. If you then cut about 500 calories per day from that, you should lose.

While a safe weekly weight loss would be 1-2 pounds per week (.5-1kg), there will be weeks you don't lose. There will even be weeks you gain ! And that doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong. the weight doesn't magically drop off the minute we decide we need to lose. It really could take 6-8 WEEKS of healthy eating and regular exercise before a person sees a change in the scale. And that too is perfectly normal.

So, don't assume something is wrong because the scale isn't moving as fast as you'd like. How long have you been trying ? I would say that if you went from running 10 minutes to 50, that IS a sign of success. Increasing your cardiovascular endurance is a huge health benefit.

How long have you been doing this? If it is only a week or two, then it is too soon to reap the rewards, and reap you will if you continue with this journey. Weight and how clothes fit are only one part of the success story. There are many other changes that will be happening that you can't see but a visit to your Dr in time might reveal - things like your Blood Pressure; your HbA1c and your Cholesterol. Then there is the quality of your sleep; the condition of your hair/skin; your overall fitness/stamina. I mean, you have gone from 10 minutes to 50 minutes with your running - that is a fantastic achievement in itself. When a person starts doing a fair bit of exercise they tend to develop muscle, but are losing the fat, and the muscle also requires extra fluid for this process, so this can skew a person's perception of success.

Are you weighing all of your food and entering it into the Nutrition Tracker? This is a brilliant tool which can enable us to tweak as and when necessary.

Another thing that I wonder - you mention now running 50 minutes and doing other exercises, so I wonder if you are fairly close to your goal weight (or at least your BODY's ideal weight) because the closer you are to it, the harder it is to lose. A lot of people THINK that they need to lose weight, and work like the clappers to do so, but in fact they are already at a good weight, and what they are wanting to achieve is below ideal.

It took 16 months for me to lose my first 50lb. I never noticed the changes until I had lost a fair bit.

Don't go giving up ...... Hang in there - remember, Rome wasn't built in a day!

So I started running, i went from 10 mins to 50, I do jillian Michael's body revolution, which takes care of my weight lifting. I eat right, with the exception of a cupcake a week maybe. Yet i don't feel any change, I haven't lost a single kilogram, my clothes don't feel like they fit any better, it feels like i'm doing nothing, and it's really starting to depress me, i don't know what to do and I don't want to give up
