Thank you so much for the replies. You have given me much to do. I am definitely going to track my water intake as I think I have been doing a pretty bad job. It's amazing how you think you are getting enough. I'm going to use a half gallon milk bottle for my water so I'm sure I'm getting enough. I do exercise every day, so I will drink during and after that and increase the amount as well.
I see the endocrinologist in 3 weeks. He will be doing an ultrasound to check and see if the 4 goiters have increased in size. You have given me thoughts about the questions I want to ask.
I do track my food but choose not to make it public. However, I think I am not eating enough. When I used the Spark Solution for 2 weeks I lost weight. But then you have to go it on your own at some time. I checked back and noticed I am eating on the low end of the range regularly. I am going to increase the amount of calories I eat and make sure that I have snacks between as it was usually 5-6 hours between lunch and dinner. I do include protein every time, but will make sure I do that with snacks.
