IF the milk bottle is NOT glass, I caution you to be careful. You can't really sterilize plastic milk bottles so you run the risk of a form of food poisoning like you might get if you consume protein that has been left out all day and you ate it. I know that when I was a Rest Home cook, that was a BIG "no no" and things like that were checked for our accreditation.
Thank you so much for the replies. You have given me much to do. I am definitely going to track my water intake as I think I have been doing a pretty bad job. It's amazing how you think you are getting enough. I'm going to use a half gallon milk bottle for my water so I'm sure I'm getting enough. I do exercise every day, so I will drink during and after that and increase the amount as well.
I see the endocrinologist in 3 weeks. He will be doing an ultrasound to check and see if the 4 goiters have increased in size. You have given me thoughts about the questions I want to ask.
I do track my food but choose not to make it public. However, I think I am not eating enough. When I used the Spark Solution for 2 weeks I lost weight. But then you have to go it on your own at some time. I checked back and noticed I am eating on the low end of the range regularly. I am going to increase the amount of calories I eat and make sure that I have snacks between as it was usually 5-6 hours between lunch and dinner. I do include protein every time, but will make sure I do that with snacks.
Thanks everyone for your help.

You don't have your food diary posted, so we don't know what sorts of foods you been eating or how much. If it has only been a couple of weeks, what you're experiencing is not unusual. While a safe weekly weight loss would be 1-2 pounds per week. There will be weeks you don't lose. There will even be weeks you gain ! And that doesn't mean you're doing anything wrong. the weight doesn't magically drop off the minute we decide we need to lose. It really could take 6-8 weeks of healthy eating and exercise before a person sees a change in the scale. And that too is perfectly normal.
So, there are few things we need to know. What sorts of foods have you been eating ? About how many calories do you eat per day ? Are you logging your food choices ? If not, that really would be a good place to start. Logging your food will give you a good visual of how much you've been eating.
Studies have shown that people who log their food choices lose more weight than those who don't.
The more you can tell us about yourself, the better we can answer your questions.

How long have you been watching your calories, and what calories are you consuming? If it is only a couple weeks, then you wouldn't be seeing results so soon, altho' I notice that you have lost some weight :-)
How long since you have had your Thyroid function checked? Sometimes meds need a bit of tweaking.
