Remember, you are not a bad person or an unhealthy one because you have to take a couple days off from your routine to recover from a cold. If you have aches, pains and over all fatigue, get some rest. Don't try to exercise. If you do, you'll just feel worse.
Take a few days off. Get some rest. Drink plenty of fluids. You WILL NOT derail any of your efforts at good health or weight loss. Learning how to take care of ourselves when we are sick is part of the process of becoming more healthy.
If you can't exercise, don't worry about it. When you start feeling better, then you can slowly ease back into your routine.
PS - If you need more than a couple of days to get over this cold, that's okay too !
