You have to stay focused on all of the good choices you have made since starting to make lifestyle changes to your eating and fitness plan. We all have bad days, weeks and even months. It's part of the journey. This isn't a "diet" which is temporary and something we "blow". This is our life. Everyday we learn something new, even those days when we make more unhealthy choices than healthy ones. Don't let your fear of failure take you down that path of negative thinking where you give up because you get into a mindset of "Why bother? I always fail." If you believe you will fail, you will because you cannot overcome what you believe about yourself. You have to change what you believe about yourself and that starts with "I CAN".
If you don't love your body now, you won't love it after you reach your goal!!!
I give all new members one piece of advice and it's this,"Don't look at good health or weight loss with an all or nothing mentality". If the only healthy thing you did for yourself today was drink 8 glasses of water, that's still a step in the right direction. Remember, you're tring to change habits learned over a life time. That's not going to happen overnight, a week, a month or even a year. Change takes time. thus the need to be patient with yourself and your body.
In short, cut yourself some slack for being human ! You're not a machine. Stop trying to be perfect. You don't have to be perfect to be healthy.
Be kind to yourself as you would to others. No more beatings.
I think all of us are on here for the same reasons as what you are going through. It's not easy for any of us. We do our best and hope that the good days outweigh the bad. It sounds like your focus is back. Don't be upset over yesterday. Turn the page and make each day the best one you can. Eventually, it will all be a habit and the weight and feeling good will come to where you want it. Keep positive. You are in the right place and doing the right things. It takes all of us together to do this, so keep up the effort and reach out whenever you need encouragement. We all do! m
You can't have results and excuses at the same time!
Be encouraged, we've all done that from time to time. The best thing is to get back on track as soon as you notice that you've derailed, even if it's mid-meal. Sooner is better than later. The other thing to remember that the only failure is to give up, so become like the little engine that could, "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can" and keep heading toward your goal. NEVER give up on yourself!

I am wondering if you are new to this, THIS time round? I am also wondering if you are doing what you possibly did the other times, i.e. change everything all in one hit, rather than taking baby steps???? That is a very common cause for derailment. Another cause of derailment is not actually eating enough for what your body is doing during the day. Make sure that you eat ALL of your meals, and start the day with a very filling breakfast.... one that will last you a while and not just an hour or two.
I suggest that you go back to what you were doing initially, and then only change one or two things, allowing your mind/body to get used to those changes before adding something else to the mix. The beauty of this method is that it kinda tricks the mind into thinking it has always been like this (nutrition/exercise) so it is very easy to stay on track. Of course there will be the occasional days where there is a bit of a blip, because there will always be holidays, birthdays, weddings, etc. but that is part of life. This is not about deprivation or starvation!!
Think of these last few days as a proverbial road bump. You'll hit them from time to time. But, what is important is what you do after hitting them. Are you going to give in and give up to the bump? Or, are you going to look at it and speed over it moving toward your goals? Being scared of failing is natural and the nice part is that you have the power to succeed, even when you are scared. Just remember to take life one day at a time and if you have a bad day (or three) just remember, it's totally up to you how the next day is going to be. I have faith in you! You can do it!

I was on staying on track meeting and not going over any of my nutritional checkpoints until three days ago, and suddenly it just seems so difficult to stay on track. I have gone over today, Thursday, and Friday. I am just so disappointed in myself. It felt so good to know I was on track, and it feels so bad to know I am not, and that I may gain back the weight I lost and maybe even more. I am still tracking everything I eat and my physical activity so that I am accountable, I am just scared because I have been down this road many times and I know that once I fall, it is very difficult for me to get back up. I just want to get back on track. I want it to be easy again.
