Check out Challenge Central (under the Community tab). I've found that those teams are pretty active and of course offer some great challenges!

You might want to check out the Spark Cafe as well as the exercise and nutrition forums. the forums tend to be very active. I'm on a handful of teams and activity does vary. Some days there are lots of conversations and other times you might go weeks before someone posts something. That's why I like the forums. Lots of activity !
Hi, Sue. Don't know if you have this issue or not, but the Emotional Eater's Team has been great for me. I have always had this issue, except of course for once, when I suffered a HUGE loss and didn't feel like eating at all. Life is full of emotion. Life is also full of food. Seems they always want to hook up :( Hope you find an active team you enjoy. You can always add me as a friend, and I will do my best to respond daily.
