Some questions for you: when you hit this plateau, what have you tried to do differently to get past it? Things to try might include: changing to a different form of measurement instead of the scale for a month, increasing your activity level or mixing it up by trying a different activity or increasing the amount of strength training you do. Or just focusing on eating within your caloric and nutrient ranges each day, measuring your foods and beverages for a while to make sure your portions aren't getting exaggerated.
Maybe you have already tried all of the above, in which case, let me know how it goes because I am facing a similar issue: up a little, down a little, repeatedly. I think I'm going to 1) stop weighing myself for a month, 2) try eating enough protein (fish) and vegetables for a while, and 3) try some simple strength training moves and gradually build from there into a 3 times a week routine.
