These are great suggestions and they all work, I agree with ARCHIMEDESII, one step in the right direction not matter how small it is, is better than not taking that first step. I have been faithfully logging and participating with Spark for two years and I have to admit now with all I have learned about nutrition, fitness and health is making sense and becoming easier to stay within my new healthy life style. We don't have to hit the reset bottom we just have to keep doing what is best for our health and everything falls in place.
