Acknowledging that you feel a binge coming on is better than realizing it AFTER the binge! Think about how unhappy/guilty you feel after a binge, compared to how great you feel when you are on track. I know stress is a trigger to feel like eating all of the junk in the world, so be sure to take some time for yourself!
