Unless the exercise is gentle, I wouldn't be doing that just before going to bed. It can upset a person's ability to sleep. Something relaxing, might be helpful, tho'!
Why don't you get time to exercise during the day? If you are working, then you can mobilize more - try more frequent bathroom breaks whether you need them or not. Try going to the water cooler more often (just 1/2 cull the cup each time.) Try going for a 10 minute walk during your lunch break. Get off the bus, or park a wee bit further away. Exercise doesn't have to come in the formal 1hr blocks. When you put your laundry away, try doing it one at a time. The same with your Groceries. That is how I get the bulk of my exercise, and it really can mount up.
