In addition to healthy choices, I also had 3 hot dogs, 10 marshmallows, 2 bacon, 3 oz cheese, butter, 6 pcs jolly ranchers candy, fries, soda all in one day. I decided to just eat whatever I wanted for the day, but I have stuffed myself since about 11am and through this afternoon with all that stuff. I am so full, yet i managed to down the leftover canned fruit, plus the light syrup that it came from. geeze... I figured I was thirsty because of all the salty foods. I am trying not to lose control. I am laid off of work right now, and due to go back soon, but I don't want to. I saw three of my coworkers today in the store, mabye that set it off. But how do you let yourself have a relax day without losing control???? Ahhh....
I am so happy that I have lost 40 pounds, but recently, the scale went up 4 pounds, and I was eating good!! I know it's normal for weight to fluctuate, and I am not obsessing about the scale, I have decided not to step on it as often, measuring how I feel and look, rather than how I weigh. But I have a habit of overeating, and I'm working through it, it is just hard.
