O.K. - so you've been doing this for a year now. Have you made any changes over the course of the year? Things like looking at what you eat? Checking that you are getting a good balance of protein/fats/carbs? I had a week peek at your nutrition tracker (just a few days) and one thing I noticed was that some entries that should have carbs and protein have neither recorded - just calories.
It might be that you are eating a much higher-in-proportion carb diet.
It might be that you are eating a load of sodium without realizing it.
Are you recording EVERYthing that you eat? Are you weighing everything so that you have an accurate idea of the calories?
Has your exercise changed or remained the same? Maybe you need to change it up a bit.
Do you really NEED to lose weight?
What is your weight? It might be that for your height, you are already at a healthy weight, and it is always more difficult to lose when we are in that area.
Just some things to think about.
