I was doing really well about what I was eating until the middle of June, when the good eating stopped.
I have been wanting to start really reducing the amount of carbs and sugars that I intake, because it is definitely more than I would like.
Since Friday evening til now I have been fighting myself to keep my sugars up. I am not diabetic, and never have been concerned with being diabetic, but this is really strange for me.
I like to check my levels occasionally just to know how I range. I usually am between 90 - 100.
These past few days, I have been as low as 50 and my highest has only been about 70.
I am eating the same amount of carbs/sugars as usual, but Im really stuck on what to do. I have had dizzy spells, felt like I am going to faint, felt really shaky, nausious, and just not myself.
What should I do to get my levels higher? I don't want to rush into the doctors and seem paranoid, but I dont really want to gain pounds either! I just cant miss any more work!
