Cliff notes history here...gained 10 pounds in one month back last fall,,,couldn't get it off with diet or exercise(ok...diet was just OK, not great, same with exercise).
Quit smoking 5 weeks ago (yay), gained 10 pounds WITH good diet and exercise(been going to boot camp 2x/week and biking 10-30k outside. Diet was decent, not perfect but approx 1600/day) Now have been on a 3 day food bender, (whole other issue, I know). No matter what/how much I eat, I cannot get satisfied.
So depressed,,,not just with gaining 10 pounds in 4 weeks, but the binging, and now I really want to smoke again,,,til now the cravings have actually been tolerable.
Ya, ya,,,healthy snacks, exercise, blah blah....been there done that.
