Do something nice for yourself, not food related. Take a warm bath or give yourself a mani/pedi. Have a tea/coffee. Take a walk. Read a book. Do a craft. Go for a massage. Call a friend or family member and have a chat. Do some yoga or other stretching routine.
Just remember how awful you'll feel after you've eat that much food... but how nice you could feel after doing something nice for yourself.
The urge will pass.
