You gotta see a therapist or something. 500 calories a day PLUS two hours of exercise? You are starving yourself, literally. Overweight people (if you even are overweight, you didn't give any numbers) can still be very malnourished. You are taking in fewer than half the bare minimum of nutrients that your body needs to function and be healthy, and your energy intake itself for the day is probably in the negative numbers.
Starving people do not feel extreme hunger most of the time. Think about it from an evolutionary standpoint and it makes sense. If you are in the middle of a famine you still need to keep functioning or you die, and people who are driven to distraction by hunger can't function. Starving can even produce feelings of euphoria. That's why temporary fasting is such a big thing in religious ritual. It's still starvation, don't kid yourself.
I'm guessing you don't really want to go back to extreme levels of eating-disorder dysfunction or you wouldn't have posted here. So please, find someone in your real, day-to-day life who can help you get off the rollercoaster again. You're hurting yourself.
