Something that I am finding helps a lot is to drink a cup of hot black tea. It just seems to arrest that sugar craving somehow. And taking a walk - very good. I have definitely been out walking because I knew it was keeping me from binging- and that is a good thing. If you have an iPod or iPhone, download the Sparkradio podcasts and listen to them while you go. They are very uplifting and positive.
