Either my alarm is set for pm and my clock is set for am, or the other way around. This is the first day back after a vacation, and I have blissfully forgotten all those details . . . I threw together a breakfast and lunch, but just putting the food into my tracker, I see I am undersupplied.
I had to walk the dog of course, and feed him. But didn't get the workout I had hoped for this morning. Maybe I'll get a couple pieces for fruit from the cafe to be an afternoon snack, or a yogurt.
I made it to work later than I hoped, but no one is going to yell at me. I brought souvenirs from my vacation for them :-D
It is just frustrating to be running late.
