I'm glad you are finding success! Perhaps you have changed what you eat to less calorie dense food?
As you get closer to your goal, you will have to eat less calories to keep on losing. This website will adjust your goals as you go. We don't want to go too low in calorie count for our needs, because we want to keep our metabolism revved up and burning calories. If we eat too little, our metabolism goes into saving mode, and it is really hard to lose weight.
It is important to start to exercise. When we lose weight from just dieting, we are losing both fat and muscle, unless we signal our body we want to keep the muscular stuff.
