Your calorie range seems VERY high and quite broad. Are you generally eating 1700 calories a day or 2200?
You don't share your food tracker so it is not possible to see what you are really eating, but the specific choices that you are making could be part of the issue. For me, calories are actually less important than carbs.
For many people, when you first start an exercise program after being sedentary, your body will hold on to extra water, sometimes for a week or more. You may also be putting on more muscle, which weighs more than fat. Ultimately this will speed up your metabolism, but it takes a while to see that on the scale.
Could you stick with eating at the lower end of your calorie range for a week and see if that makes any difference?
