To me, it doesn't matter how bad someone else's problem is, a problem is a problem, is a problem.
What is happening that you are stuck, tired etc.? Are you eating properly? As in good balance of fruit/veges, healthy lean protein and getting some good carbs and healthy fats into the mix?
I see that you appear to be quite keen on various exercises - are you doing too much?
Are you getting enough sleep? (not burning the candle at both ends?)
Have you had a medical to see if there is something going on which can cause tiredness? Making an appointment with your Dr might be a good idea. Bloods are a good place to start to see where your iron level is and how your thyroid is functioning, etc., because sometimes a medical issue can leave a person feeling like you describe! How are your emotions? Sometimes when a person is emotionally drained, they also become physically drained.
