Hi There....since your Spark Page is public, I took a look....and I believe you already have your answer as to how to find your Spark again.... just go back to 1 or 2 of Your Basics:
Drink 8 glasses of water each day.
Watch my calories.
Watch my carbs.
Watch my sodium.
Track all my food. "
Pick just two things to do for the rest of this week--any two will get you going in the right direction!! Then later on, challenge yourself to add two more.... I have a feeling you'll be heading towards that 100lb loss again....
One thing I have found helps me is to plan to include my favorite foods--pizza, milkshakes, etc--once or twice a week. Try going to one of the places that sells pizza by the slice--buy one or two ONLY, bring them home, and enjoy. (Or if you have to get a whole pizza---bring it home, cut and freeze most of it BEFORE you eat any of it!!) If you plan for the calories, it will be fine. For the milkshakes, I know I can't have that many carbs at one time anymore, but I found some places sell kid-sized minis. A once in awhile treat isn't going to totally derail you. You Are Stronger Than That if You Were Able To Lose Almost 100lbs!!--You Can Do It Again!!
Try to look at your calories as a three day average. If you know you are planning a pizza night, eat on your lower end on the day before, and the day after. Focus on the veggies and really healthy proteins, then enjoy your treat.
