If you are weighing every day, I would recommend that you switch to once per week instead, at the same time of day and day of week. Also measure. You can set up your weight tracker with measurements. There are weeks where the scale doesn't change, but my measurements do, which is encouraging, even if the scale doesn't budge.
Also, look at what you've done with your body- can you walk faster/longer or lift heavier? That is a good thing to measure your health by.
You might want to mix up your exercise too. I love routine and get a little stressed when I think about changing up the work-out, but when I changed up and started doing Jillian Michaels DVDs, I saw fairly big changes pretty quickly. I didn't lose pounds, but I tightened up a LOT. Now I am trying other stuff so I don't get into a rut with her videos.
Today's excuses are tomorrow's regrets dressed in disguise.
If you eat crap, you feel like crap and that makes you want more crap.
