Hey there.... You're ticker says you've already lost 43lbs since December!! Way to Go!! But I understand your frustration--just spent a week at my dad's and I, like you, had some days where the calories/timing/portions/food were just not in sync with what "I Know I Need To Do"!!
A quick question that *might* relate to your being hungry enough to binge....and yet frustrated that you can't keep below that magic180 mark....have you ever had Spark reset your suggested Calorie range now that you've lost 43lbs? Are you exercising more than you used to when your range was set?? Perhaps with those higher calorie days--especially if they followed really low cal ones--your body is talking to you!
One important piece to remember is that now you are at a lower weight, 2lbs a week might be somewhat optimistic. Try to aim for 1lb a week on your time-to-goal, and see what calorie range you get back....
Then take a deep breath, relax because you know You Can Do This--you've already shown yourself that much !--, and refocus on the basics. You've already identified one area that will help you keep from binging--your frequency of eating. Keep yourself from getting "too hungry" by eating something every 2-3 hours! Simply make that your only goal for the week....
Father's Day is only one day...so celebrate it...and then come back on track! You're not going to gain several pounds in a day anyway... (At most, its a little water weight from higher than normal sodium....) Just eat as healthy as you can, and Enjoy the Day!!
Thinking of you,
Remember...One Choice At a Time!
