I frequently go to the gym twice a day. Actually, I do doubles whenever I can work it into my schedule--usually it is something like swimming in the morning and Zumba at night. Today between my work schedule and my gym's hours, I could only go for 45 minutes...so I also did a 30 minute power walk at lunch and then did some very heavy cleaning which involved moving multiple couches by myself and cleaning under them. I frequently work out for an hour at the gym and then go dancing, go for a hike, etc. later in the day.
Nobody has ever said anything or looked at me funny. :)
