Great job on not emotionally eating and keeping things in check for the big picture. You have the right attitude and perspective on things that happened, which is awesome!! Definitely don't panic! I'm not sure what time it is where you are, but if you have 5-10 minutes and want to get a little exercise in, try one of Coach Nicole's short videos in the Articles & Videos tab or do a short burst of exercise on your own. Every little bit counts, but even if you don't do that tonight, one day will not make you lose all the progress you have made. Keep moving forward - you are doing fantastic!
