I didn't check into spark coach or spark people on Friday or Saturday and went crazy with eating. I knew it was wrong when I was doing it but couldn't stop myself as kept thinking I wouldn't tell spark people.
I had cookies, pizza, garlic bread and high calorie fizzy drink on Friday, 3 packets of crisps, 2 burgers, 2 portions of chips, hot dog, lots of alcohol and chocolate on Saturday. Both days I missed my workout.
Bad Bad Bad.
I have just checked in I will make sure I do not miss a check in again!
