Binging is so hard, and I think most if not all of the Sparkers will understand.
CHARMAINEK1, If you're eating a good dinner, and then find yourself desiring something else, here is what I do - sit and think about it- am I really hungry because my body needs more nutrition, or am I just wanting to fill up? Just thinking about it really helps. Also, try drinking some herb tea, or a big glass of water. Take a walk outside, or just go outside and sit.
Now, if you're exercising, that is great, but you may need to eat more. Or, you may be fudging on your portions and thinking- well, I'll work it off- I am convinced that while exercise helps with weight-loss, the main thing is food. Make sure you're tracking, weighing your food, drinking your water, and adjust your nutrition tracker to count the exercise.
