Bad days happen to us all - me included. It is not what happens in one day as such that matters, it is what happens over a number of days.
Ask yourself these questions:
What are you hungry?
Are you eating enough for the amount of exercise you do?
Are you getting plenty of fruit/veges, and protein?
Do you eat ALL your meals?
Do you record all of your food?
IF you record all your food, do you weigh it for accuracy?
It is possible that you may not be eating enough for what you do physically. If you are hungry, eat. Hunger actually leads to binges, so if you are hungry, deal with it sooner rather than later! If you AREN'T hungry, then find something else to do - something that will take your mind off food.
