Lots of us have struggled with regaining some (or even all) of our weight. What matters is that you don't give up now. Look at it this way -- you're getting re-focused and you've maintained a 37 pound weight loss! That's incredibly awesome. It truly is all in what you choose to focus on -- the 14 pounds you put back on, or the 37 (THIRTY-SEVEN!!!) you have kept off.
Let yourself cry it out a little, but, seriously, give yourself a huge high-five for getting back in the saddle today. Take a 30 minute walk, drink your water, eat some veggies, and call it a win.
Success does not belong to those who never have a set back. it belongs to those who keep going when faced with a set back. Fall down 100 times, get up 101 and you're a winner.
You can't wait for inspiration. You have to go after it with a club.
