I haven't had quite that experience....but I've watched closely as a brother of mine went almost All The Way Down with acute pancreatitis, wildly out of control diabetes and spent a month in the hospital! And even he has made a turn around....!
You have already taken the biggest step to turning this around for yourself!! You've made the decision you don't like where you "are". Its those who never get there, that really don't care enough about themselves to admit that...those are the folks who are hopeless! NOT YOU!!
Start by going back to the very basics and challenge yourself to do just a little bit of what you know is good for you. Success breeds success.... One day you walk to the corner and back, then go to the next corner and back...! Eat one good meal....then make it two. Drink one glass of water...then make it three. You've been there---you will know when you are doing it right. And there's NOTHING stopping you from doing it right again. Even just a little turn around will help you.
Remember you are not alone on this journey. Check in with the message boards here, and celebrate your little successes!! If you haven't done Spark Coach yet, try the free week for a "jump start" on your motivation!!
YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
PS...which Washington do you live in...the DC or the State?! (I'm in southern Wa state....)
