I love to eat (drink, slurp, whatever you call it!) shakes that I make out of greek yogurt, fruit and chia seeds. One little shake has 26 grams of protein. The "recipe" is:
1 c. Greek Yogurt (plain, unsweetened, low-fat)
1 c. frozen fruit (I love the tropical fruit blend you can get at WalMart)
1 T Stevia
2 T chia seeds (I get them delivered from Walmart - Bob's Red Mill Chia)
water to thin it out, if needed
Whirl in a blender or magic bullet until smooth and drink up. It tastes great and will give you a good dose of protein.
Also, a good snack before bed is some greek yogurt with fruit. Last night I had a 1/2 c greek yogurt, 3 cut up strawberries and a tablespoon of chocolate syrup. It was delicious and I slept great.
