Update: I'm finally home now, and I am happy to say that I did not eat dinner. I know that you all suggested that I eat, but I just wasn't hungry. I have a major problem of overeating, and today's experience was a turning point, I think. I ate the pizza at work NOT because I was tempted, but because my stomach was growling and I was hungry.
I'm happy I ate that pizza because I did so for the right reasons -- I was working late, and it was almost my normal dinner time. I was hungry. I ate two slices, and it stopped my hunger. Then, I got home, and didn't feel hungry. So I brushed my teeth and called it a night.
As I get closer and closer to my goal weight, my calorie range becomes more important. For two years, I have been trying to lose this last 25 pounds, and it comes down to nutrition. And as today's battle shows, listening to my body is key.
