Absolutely, no doubt about it, and then add in the PMS and you feel so bad about it!
I do know that exercising defintely helps with the water gain and the crabbiness.
And then the week after, I usually see the scale move quite a bit, which makes up for the "bad" week.
Today's excuses are tomorrow's regrets dressed in disguise.
If you eat crap, you feel like crap and that makes you want more crap.
