I wanted to mention that I responded to your other thread about this and can continue to help. Your weight goals do appear to be set correctly.
I believe the issue is that you need to weigh-in with your current weight. To track your weight and/or other measurements:
1. Roll your mouse over “My Trackers” in the top left corner of the screen.
2. Click on “Start,” which is the first link down.
3. You’ll now see your Start page.
4. On the left side of your Start page, you’ll see “my Trackers.”
5. Click the "Track My Weight," which is the third button down in the “my Trackers” section.
6. You’ll now see your Measurement Tracker page.
7. Enter your weight and/or measurements in the “Today’s Entry” box next to the measurement that you want to record.
8. Click “Save” at the bottom or top of the page.
