YES I WAS HAVING CRAMPS PRIOR TO GYM BUT WORSE SINCE SWIM CLASSES.I GO TO DR. FOR BLOOD WORK EVERY 3 MOS. AND HAD TO GO ON SAT. TO GET SHOTS IN KNEE FOR ARTHRITIS.THEY CK'D MY LATEST LABS FROM 6 WKS. AGO ALL IS FINE .BUT I ALSO HAVE NOT BEEN TAKING ANY MEDS. FOR ARTHRITIS SO THEY ADDED CELEBREX AND SEEM TO BE DOING BETTER.
GOING TO GYM TOMORROW AND I GET A PHYSICAL EVERY YEAR LAST ONE WAS IN DEC.
I DRINK TONS OF WATER,2-4 C. COFFEE AS OPPOSED TO 2-3 POTS A DAY THAT I WAS DRINKING AND DIET PEPSI,AND JUICES TOO.SO DEHYDRATION IS NOT IN THE PICTURE AT ALL.
