The best thing that Sparkpeople has for weight loss, in my opinion, is the food tracker. It has made an ENORMOUS difference for me. When I could see that 17 Doritos equals 2 fresh pears, that was a wake up call for me- and the chips have almost no nutritional value. If you haven't been tracking, so it, even if you eat over or not so healthily, it will make a difference.
Also, trying to incorporate 6-7 servings of veggies and fruits has helped as well. Not to be graphic, but I used to have a hard time with gasto issues, and just eating those fresh foods has helped.
And the water- I love making that little cup splash over on the nutrition tracker page!
It's just making small changes gradually, and it makes your life so much better! I say focus on health and the weight loss will come.
Today's excuses are tomorrow's regrets dressed in disguise.
