Let me start by welcoming you to SparkPeople. I see you joined in Feb 2013. When I joined SparkPeople I decided that I knew nothing in regards to nutrition, and fitness. That I would do what the experts said. However, I had someone to help me from the get go. My sister Thoms1 has been my nutrition and fitness buddy and fortunately I live with her and he DH. We both started by doing two weeks of logging everything we put in our mouths. It was a real eye opener. Then we started by making small changes and sticking to those changes.
