I have gout as well and it does make the work outs hard trust me. I have been walking alot this week and my legs and feet keep reminding me to sit down....just sit down...
I am trying my best to make it out of the 220's myself I was down to 200 before but I made a U turn and started back up the ladder instead of down for a while. I am glad to see someone else that is sticking to it and not throwing in the towel.
