I started the body revolution kickstart yesterday, i'm unsure if I should continue with the kickstart meal plan... last night I went to bed a bit hungry ... hungry enough to disrupt my sleep and today after the breakfast of eggs and tomato canadian bacon and avocado I feel nauseous ... have any sparkers out there who've done the kickstart had similar experiences ??? will this pass??
I'm torn here do I just push through or should I stop the kickstart meal plan and move forward to the fat burning meal plan?
I want to get the best possible results but i can't give 100% during the workout when I feel the need to vomit...and I don't believe its just detox because I eat really clean all organic 99.99% of the time...
what to do???
