Hi Kim - it sounds like you are quite frustrated and down at the moment. First off I would like you to give yourself a BIG pat on the back!!! The fact is, you are 18lb LIGHTER than you were before you started!! That in itself is a huge positive. It took me 16 months to lose 50lb - the slower losses are actually the ones to celebrate because they are more inclined to stay off and are also a healthier way to lose!
I went to have a peek at your nutrition tracker because you said "my eating is ok with some slip ups here and there. i just dont know what to do." Unfortunately it isn't on show. Do you use it? If not, I strongly suggest that you do, because that will enable you to make some positive tweaks to help you. Where you say your eating is "ok" some say it is ok when in fact there are lots of slip-ups but because they are small, people under-estimate them. "Occasional" in the true sense is fine, but any more than that, it can really hinder our progress.
I hope that you find what works for you, but remember, if you give up you definitely WON'T get to where you want to be! It is only by sticking in there that you will manage that!
