So tomorrow is my sons birthday and i have been baking cupcakes and i got icing and cookies, chocolate and chips. Also with Easter chocolate everywhere!
I haven't had time to eat my planned dinner and now i have been binging on junk food. I have been trying to stop but a little bit here and a little bit there. It's all adding up!
Iv'e lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks at 2 pounds a week and i don't want to gain it back pigging out.
Also tomorrow we have pizza ordered for my sons birthday. This is going to be hard. How can i possibly eat pizza with eating out f control today?
I know to say no to myself but it hasn't been working this evening. What to do with all this temptation going on? Ohhh and not only is it my sons birthday but my oldest daughter's too and i have a household of teenage girls. Maybe this is more stress eating then temptation?
Anyways, i guess i am ranting but any advice would be great! Thanks.
