Okay so my first week I lost 3 lbs but my second week I lost 0!
I'm trying not to panic here as I have several theories on why I haven't lost even 0.01 lb since my weigh-in last Thursday morning:
1) I had a lot to drink over the weekend
2) I weighed myself when my hair was still wet
3) I ate fast food Saturday night
4) Maybe since I didn't have that much weight to lose in the first place I hit my plateu early
Has anyone else here had similar problems?
