I was just looking at your nutrition tracker, and I wonder if you aren't getting enough calories. You seem to be in the 1200-1550 bracket. BUT if you are doing cardio and strength training 5-6 times a week, you aren't getting enough to eat.
You have to account for those calories you're burning. If you burn 300 calories in a day, but you only eat 1300...that leaves your body with 1000 to function off of...and your body will HATE that. You will start snacking.
Eat at the higher end of your range AND make sure the great SP computer knows how many calories you are burning every week.
