Not that I'm a doctor or anything, you should really ask your doctor to be referred to a gastrointestinal specialist.
My sister had similar symptoms and for years her doctor kept telling her she had GERD and other various gastrointestinal issues. None of her medications really worked. I kept telling her to have her doctor refer her to a specialist and when she finally did, she found out she had gull stones. She ended up getting her gull bladder removed last fall and although she still has some issues with fatty foods and has to watch her diet, it alleviate much of the symptoms.
If grease/fat is bothering you so much, why on Earth are you still eating it??? You should be eating mostly healthy fat sources anyway if you're trying to lose weight and get healthy.
