Hey guys so I'm really on the verge of just giving up and dealing with being fat for the rest of my life. Seriously, I will just learn to love my body the way it is. Maybe I'm supposed to look this way?
I have been working out for a solid 2 months even more so 3 months and nothing has changed!
Weight is the same.
Clothes fit exactly the same.
Body looks the same and measurements tell me they are the same except 1 inch off my stomach and 1 inch off my arm.
Energy and all that jazz is the same.
I work out at least 5 days a week. Between 30-60 mins a day doing either cardio or strength training. I also don't have a car anymore so I walk A LOT more then I used to!
I switch between the biggest loser cardio max dvd and the biggest loser power sculpt dvd. I also have days where I will throw in the 30 day shred or switch off with the biggest loser last chance workout. Between these dvds I burn between 250-550 calories.
I follow my goals strictly in my nutrition tracker. My goals are between 1500-1900 calories.
I don't eat fast food.
I cook all of my meals and eat fruits and vegetables.
I've cut back on carbs and don't eat red meat.
No soda, only drink water or tea with stevia.
I just don't understand how nothing has changed? I drastically changed my lifestyle from just 3 months ago and although I do feel like I have changed my lifestyle eating wise, exercising is still hard. I still do it when I'm supposed to but the fact that nothing is happening while I'm drenched in sweat, makes me just want to quit.
I was just looking for advice and maybe someone who has been in a similar situation. If it helps I'm 24yr old female 5'9" and 215. My first goal 3 months ago was just to be under 200 lbs by april 1st, obviously that isn't going to happen! :(
